Create and Take Night- All About Me

Want a tool to introduce your child to new people?

Create a one-page profile all about your child(ren) to share with grandparents, teachers, therapists, PCAs, daycare, etc… that identities unique aspect of your child. All participants will leave at the end of the evening with a completed profile (up to 5 copies) and editable document to update over the years as things change.

Participants should bring their own laptop if able. Computers will be available for those needed and editable document will be emailed to you.

Format for Evening: Brief description/summary of the profile, information that can be important to include, and who it can be shared it. Following the brief description, all participants will work the hosts (ST, OT, and Parent) to create an individualized document for their child(ren).
