Move to Your Own Groove is a fun walk\, run and roll for all abilities from walkers\, wheelchairs to elite runners. Join us Sunday\, September 13th at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury\, MN. Register for Move to Your Own Groove on EventBrite. \nMove to Your Own Groove has three different distances including 50 meters\, 1k & 5k. This event is open to all and you don’t have to be a current patient to participate. \nAll proceeds will go to Family Achievement Foundation\, a non-profit for caregivers on a challenging journey. If you are unable to attend the event but would still like to donate\, click here.\nWalkers\, wheelchairs and medically approved adaptive bikes are all allowed on the course.
